Redeeming Rewards on Applova POS
This allows the customers to redeem the points they earned with previous purchases against their current purchase.
Prerequisite : Rewards have to be configured on the backend.Step 1
Then go to Applova POS Register, click the "⋮" icon and select “Add Customer” to select the customer.
Step 2
Click on the “Rewards” button to display the available points.
Step 3
If the customer has enough points, then click “Redeem” and proceed.
Step 4
Redeemed points will be deducted from the subtotal and the remaining points will be displayed on the customer screen.
