The "Customers" feature displayed on the POS dashboard displays the details of customers registered with the business.

How to View a Customer's Details?

Tap on a customer's name to view that customer's details.

Customer Details Tab

Under "Customer Details" tab, the details entered when adding the customer will be displayed. If required, the cashier can easily navigate to the register by tapping on the "Order Now" button.

Order History Tab

This tab displays all the past orders placed by the customer with the date, amount spent and the order details.

Rewards Tab

This tab displays the redeemable points and the total points accumulated to date.
Notes
This tab will be visible only if the customer has enrolled with Applova Rewards.
