AI Based Smart Product Recommendations on Applova POS
AI-driven product recommendations displays recommendations based on the customer's past purchases and the business's fast-moving products, when a customer is added to the order.
This is a default feature available only for registered customers.
Step 1
Sign into "Applova POS" with the credentials of your business and go to the "Register".
Step 2
Tap on "Add Customer" button.
Step 3
Search for the customer's name and select the customer to attach them to the order. If the customer is not yet registered, refer the below given article on how to add a new customer.
Step 4
The "Smart Picks" tab will appear once the customer is added to the order. Tap on it.
Step 5
Five products will be displayed based on the customer's purchase history and the business's best-selling products.
