Applova | Clover Kitchen Printer Configuration

How to set up a Kitchen Printer to Your Clover Kiosk?

1. Verify your kitchen printer is in the same network as your Clover device to pair the printer to each device.
2. If you wish to configure printers remotely, log onto Apptizer Business Manager to configure printers.
Do not configure any printer in the Clover Printers App
3. Go to Printers App
4. Tap Add Order Printer in the Available Printers section
5. If you do not see the new kitchen printer; 
  1. Follow the kitchen printer troubleshooting steps provided 
  2. Tap Test Printer
6. After successful kitchen printer configuration, kitchen order receipt will be printed when an order is placed at the kiosk
7. If the kitchen printer is not configured, an error message will be displayed when an order is placed at the kiosk
