How to Omit a Product from being Displayed on KDS?
Please request the Applova Support team to enable the omit KDS feature for your business.
Once this feature is enabled, and configured to a product, the respective product will not be displayed on the Kitchen Display System if the order is placed from the selected channel.
Step 1
Login to "Applova Merchant Web" and click "Products".
Step 2
Click "More" on the product you wish to omit from the KDS.
Step 3
Click on "Advanced Configurations".
Step 4
Choose the preferred channels displayed under "Omit KDS Channel Display". The product will not be displayed on the KDS when the order is placed from these channels.
Note the following when choosing preferred channels;
- If you are using Applova Business Manager then, select Walk-In Orders via Applova Business Manager
- If you are using a Clover POS with Applova KDS then, select Walk-In Orders via POS Register
Step 5
Click on "Save".
