Continuous Order Notifications Not Ringing

Hi There,
Thank you for contacting Applova Support.
Please see whether you can re-visit Settings > Notification Settings and re-toggle (disable & enable back) the 'Enable Reminder Alerts for New Orders' setting.
Also reset the 'Reminder Alert Frequency' value as well. (Change it and revert back to the original value) and click 'Save'.
Let us know if the issue continues even after the above steps.
