How to View Summary Reports via Merchant Web Portal?

This feature allows merchants to view summary reports. There are two categories of summary reports that can be viewed via the Merchant Web Portal.
  1. Real-Time Reports
    1. Daily Payment Method Summary Report - Summarizes the total sales earned for the day via cash, card and other tender types
    2. Cash Drawer Usage Report - Provides a summary of transactions and manual cash drawer events
    3. Shift Summary Report - Provides a summary of employee shifts which includes the duration of the shift, total sales, total tips and the order count
  1. Generated Reports
    1. Hourly Transaction Report - Provides a summary of hourly sales transactions
    2. Daily Transaction Report - Summarizes the total daily sales transactions done for a day
    3. Itemized Monthly Sales Report - Summarizes the total sales based on items sold for the month
    4. Tip Summary Report - Summarizes the total tip earned by employees for a selected time period
    5. Daily Tip Report - Provides daily summaries of orders with tips

How to View Reports via Merchant Web?

Step 1

Login to the "Merchant Web Portal" and click on "Products".

Click on "Reports" to view reports.

Then click on the preferred report.

1. Daily Payment Method Summary Report

This report will display the sales summary with the payment method breakdown. 

2. Cash Drawer Usage Report

This report displays the number of transactions and manual cash drawer events including transaction ID, employee's name and activity date.

3. Shift Summary Report

This report displays data on employee shifts. A csv file can be downloaded which includes employee names, employee id, clock-in and clock-out times of employees, total hours worked, total sales, card sales, cash sales, total tips, card tips, cash tips and the order count.

 

4. Hourly Transaction Report

This report displays hourly transactions. Tap on the preferred hourly transaction report to download the csv file.    

5. Daily Transactions Report

This will display daily transaction reports for a month. You can filter the reports based on the year and month. Tap to download the csv file of the preferred daily transaction report.  

6. Itemized Monthly Sales Report

This report displays the summary of the total sales earned per items sold for the month. Tap to download the csv file of the preferred itemized monthly sales transaction report. 

7. Tip Summary Report

This report summarizes the total tip earned by the employee for a selected time period, employee name and alternate employee id. 

8. Daily Tip Summary Report

This report displays daily summaries of orders with tips.

Order placed and paid via kiosk will not have an employee assigned to it.
Order placed and paid via either webstore or mobile app will not have a device or an employee assigned to it.
