How to Find NMI API Private Key?
This article is essential for both Online Payments & Terminal Payments as the NMI API Private Key is required for both.
Step 1: Log on to your NMI portal
Below is an example URL format of how your NMI Reseller Portal login would look like.
https://yourcompany.transactiongateway.com/resellers
Step 2: Log on to the Specific Merchant Account
Once you're in the NMI portal, click on 'List Accounts' section and navigate to the particular merchant account you want to retrieve the API Key from, and click 'Sign In'.
Step 3: Go to Security Keys section
Once you're in the particular merchant account, click on 'Settings'.
In the next page, under 'Security Options', click on 'Security Keys'.
Step 4: Creating the Private Key
Click on 'Add a New Private Key'
For the Private Key,
- Provide Key Name as 'applova',
- Tick 'API' checkbox under the Key permission section.
Once created, copy the key, and share with support@applova.io
