How to Activate NMI Pinpad
Step 1: Log on to your NMI portal
Below is an example URL format of how your NMI Reseller Portal login would look like.

Step 2: Log on to the Specific Merchant Account
Once you're in the NMI portal, click on 'List Accounts' section and navigate to the particular merchant account you want to activate the pinpad for, and click 'Sign In'.
Step 3: Go to License Manager section
Once you're in the particular merchant account, click on 'Settings'.
In the next page, under 'General Options', click on 'License Manager'.
Step 4: Register Device with Code & Nickname
In the next screen, click on the 'Registered Devices' tab.
Notice the 2 input fields Device Nickname and Registration Code at the bottom of this page.
In the meantime, connect the pinpad that you want to activate/register on to the network, and you would see a 6 digit code appearing on the pinpad screen (such as below)
Enter this 6 digit code and a device nickname on the two input fields seen earlier in the screen, and click on 'Register' to register/activate the pinpad.
Note that, this 6 digit code gets reset to a new one every 1-2 minutes, therefore make sure that you enter the code and nickname as quickly as you can.
