Configuring Product Code/SKU for Menu Items Displayed on Grab & Go Scanner Kiosk
You must configure either the product code or the SKU for the menu items so that your customers can scan and add items to the cart using the scanner option available in the Grab & Go scanner kiosk.

Step 1
Sign into your Clover dashboard.
Step 2
In the Clover inventory, set the Product Code or the SKU value for the products.
When the QR/Barcode is scanned, the Kiosk will first try to identify the product via the Product Code, if that is empty then it will look for the SKU value.

Important
For Clover Merchants who uses Advanced Kiosks (Pyramid or Teamsable Devices) as the Kiosk Display with Scanner, a Business Additional Info Config named cloverDisplaySkuSyncMethod has to be set either as SKU or PRODUCT_CODE
If the merchant has entered the barcode value under the SKU field on Clover Inventory level, then the above value should be set as SKU
If the merchant has entered the barcode value under the Product Code field on Clover Inventory level, then the above value should be set as PRODUCT_CODE.
