Activating Applova Subscription by Submitting Bank Account Details
Applova offers different pricing plans from which you can choose one to subscribe to the Applova products. You can activate Applova subscription by submitting your bank account details. Applova will use the same bank account to charge fees incurred for any other services provided by Applova.
Please follow the steps given below to activate a pricing plan by submitting your bank details.
1. Sign in to the Merchant web portal with your business credentials.
2. Click "Pricing" option from the "Settings" section.
3. Select the preferred billing cycle (monthly/annual).
4. If you wish to add additional plugins to your business, select the necessary plugin options displayed on the selected pricing plan tile.
5. Once you have selected the additional plugins, click "Select Plan".
6. On the prompt displayed, select the "Bank Account" option.
7. Enter your bank account details.
8. Click "Proceed".
Once you have submitted the bank account details, Braintree, a service of PayPal, will verify the account information by making two deposits in cents to the given bank account. Please check your bank account to view the two transactions made by Braintree.
It may take a few days for these two transactions to appear on your account. Please check for the phrases like 'Paypal' or 'Braintree' or 'Applova' in your bank statement to find the 2 cent based deposits made by Braintree.
9. On the prompt displayed, enter the values in cents of the two transactions deposited to your account by Braintree.
The entered amount should not contain any decimal points.
For example, if $0.21 was deposited into the bank account, then the amount should be entered as 21
10. Click "Proceed".
Once the account is verified by Braintree, Applova will begin charging the subscription fee from the specified bank account based on the selected billing cycle.
